Jeanna DuBois joins Cumberland as Assistant Director
VINELAND - The RCSJ-Cumberland Athletic Department is proud to announce the hiring of Jeanna DuBois. DuBois joins the Dukes Family after serving in academic advisement roles at Wilmington University, most recently serving as the Academic Coordinator for Wilmington Athletics, a position she held nearly a decade. "We are could not be more excited to have Jeanna join our team," Director of Athletics, Jonathan Dijamco said. "The amount of experience she brings from the NCAA DII level will be crucial from a high school recruitment standpoint as well as preparing our student-athletes academically to be NCAA/NAIA qualifiers. We are lucky to have her."
DuBois officially started her new position on February 10 and has already made an immediate impact as she is in the early stages of innovating the Dukes academic progress report system, creating a real-time academic performance tracking system, and establishing department-wide study halls which expands on the individual team approach currently in place. "Having her join our team will elevate our department to new heights on and off the playing field. She is an absolute gamechanger," Dijamco said.
