Dukes take down Vikings

Kurt Petschow was the focal point of the Dukes effort on Tuesday, throwing a complete game shutout.  Petschow scattered 4 hits, while striking out 2 and allowing no walks. The Dukes totaled for 13 hits on the day.  Christian Rinick, Jimmy DeCarlo, Jimmy Kurtz and Andrew Balindo led the way with two a piece.  Kurtz stole the show with his second home run of the year, a deep blast over the right field fence.  The Dukes will head to Lehigh Carbon this Friday at 3:00 PM.
