Track competes at Osprey Open

Pamona, NJ- The RCSJ-Cumberland Dukes Track team began their first meet this past weekend at the Osprey Open host by Stockton Univeristy. The team did well both individually and as a team. Freshman Lakee Pegram led all Cumberland runners with a 24:25 time in the Men's 200 meters (19th place). Cumberland turned in the following times on the Men's side:

• Lakee Pegram- 24.25 (19th place)
• Jameer Haskins-25.26 (37th place)
• Brandon Bermudez- 25.55 (39th place)
• Angel Smith- 26.25 (43rd place)
• Marvin Homar-28.85 (48th place)

As a team, Cumberland also competed in the 4 X 400 relay, where the Dukes would place 13th with a time of 3:58:12.On the women's side, Ana Patino was the representative for the Dukes.
