RCSJ-CUMBERLAND ATHLETICS

About RCSJ-Cumberland

In October of 1966, Cumberland became the first community college in New Jersey to open its own campus. Today, the college is dedicated to preparing students and community members for success in the ever-changing global environment.

Cumberland's motto - Pride, Service, Excellence - drives its attitude toward delivering outstanding academic and career education programs, and it summarizes CCC's role as a community asset.  The college's reputation for quality flows from innovative professors who teach in well-equipped classrooms and laboratories.

On July 1, 2019, Cumberland County College merged with Rowan College at Gloucester County to form Rowan College of South Jersey. Cumberland's 100-acre campus, featuring then buildings, provides an excellent educational and social atmosphere.  Rowan College of South Jersey, a member of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, enrolls more than 4,000 students per semester and offers more than 90 career and transfer programs of study.
