Men's Basketball Holds On in OT over Atlantic Cape

Cumberland surrendered a late second half lead but found a way to salvage a 100-98 victory over the Buccaneers Wednesday Night.  The two teams headlined the Boardwalk Classic held at the Wildwood Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ.  The Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College scored seven points in the final fifteen seconds of regulation, including a shot at the buzzer, to force overtime.  The Dukes regrouped in the extra period and outlasted the Buccaneers to notch their seventh Region 19 win of the year, improving to 8-6 overall to cap the first half of the 2016-17 Season.  Cumberland will resume conference action when they host Rowan College at Gloucester County on January 10th at 7:00 PM.
