Men's Soccer defeats visiting Buccaneers

VINELAND- The Dukes men's soccer team moves above the .500 mark for the season with a 3-1 win over the Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers. Cumberland got to scoring early as Brandon Hoos was able to connect with Ethan Spinnato to score the 1st goal of the game in the 8th minute. Hoos would quickly get back to work, this time finding Ty Powell to extend the lead to 2-0. Both teams would go back and forth for the next 20 minutes before Atlantic Cape scored their first goal of the contest. Cumberland would go into the half leading ACCC, 2-1.Tristan DeLeon came off the bench and provided a spark for the offense. DeLeon assisted Adolfo Jimenez for the third goal of the game to complete the 3-1 win to move to 3-2 on the year.
