Cumberland Hosts High School County Championships

The Cumberland County High School championships for cross country were held at CCC yesterday.  In the girls division Millville was impressive, finishing with the top three times and taking first place overall.  Here were the top three times:

Victoria Thaler - 21:09.00

Kaitlyn Dermen - 22:33.00

Mckenzie Springsteadah - 22:52.00

 

As for the Boys Varsity, Bridgeton took home the first place trophy for overall team competition.  Bridgeton had three runners finish in the top five including Kenny Hunter Jr., Kyron Planter, and Darius Chandler.  Here were the top three individual times:

Leaqaun James Jr. (Vineland) - 17:54.00

Gage Whilden (Millville) - 18:22.00

Kenny Hunter Jr. (Bridgeton) - 18:45.00
